How do you ship my order?
Of course, we've also considered making shipping as sustainable as possible. Therefore, we exclusively use biodegradable or recyclable materials to package your order. We then ship your order to you climate-neutrally via DHL GoGreen.
Are your products produced ethically?
Yes, and we adhere to the highest production standards for all our products. Our production in Asia is certified by SGS, Intertek, and TÜV, and is part of the WCA (Workplace Conditions Assessment) program and a member of SMETA, thus ensuring ethical trade practices and social responsibility throughout our supply chains. All products undergo rigorous testing at our German facility before being shipped to you.

How well protected is my phone with a GREENCASES case?
When developing our phone cases, we made sure that your smartphone is optimally protected no matter what surface it falls on. The case's precise fit ensures that the corners, the display, and even the camera lens are perfectly protected.

How stable is the material used?
Our biodegradable plastic is neither hard nor as soft as silicone. This ensures the case fits your smartphone extremely securely and is highly resistant to external elements. Since we avoid coatings, as these would prevent the case from degrading further, you should be a little more careful with sharp objects to avoid scratches.
Our cases made from apple leather, on the other hand, are not biodegradable but are 100% recyclable. They offer the same comprehensive protection and stability. However, apple leather is significantly more resistant to scratches, oils, and dust.
Ultimately, it depends on your usage conditions, but both cases promise durability.
How should I dispose of the product after use?
Our bioplastic phone cases can be disposed of in your home compost, as they decompose completely in nature after about a year. Alternatively, they can also be disposed of in your organic waste bin.
You can either dispose of our apple leather phone cases in your normal household waste, or you can send us an email after use and take advantage of our recycling service.
Our power banks should be disposed of at public battery collection points. For the sake of the environment, they should not be thrown in the household waste. Alternatively, you can use our IMPVCT recycling service and send us an email so we can take back the power bank and recycle it properly for you.
How is reforestation supported?
We support reforestation with great passion and are completely transparent in our efforts.
Under "Our Projects" you will find every tree, including species and planting area, that we have donated so far. This allows you to support our project or simply watch how it develops.
